How fast are orders processed and how long does shipping take?
THE NETHERLANDS, BELGIUM AND GERMANY
Orders placed before 10:00 PM (from Monday until Friday) are shipped the same day with DHL or PostNL. Orders placed after these times will be shipped the next business day.
INTERNATIONAL
We use PostNL, DHL and DPD for shipments within the EU. Orders placed before 10:00 PM (from Monday until Friday) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after these times will be shipped the next business day.
We use UPS and PostNL for shipments outside the EU and ensure delivery as fast as possible. Orders placed with UPS before 3 PM and PostNL before 10 PM (from Monday until Friday) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after these times will be shipped the next business day.
Your package typically arrives within 2-4 business days depending on where you are in the world. Deliveries to Asia and Australia, can take up to 1 week. We promise it is worth the wait though!)

Please or send us an email at customerservice@omybag.nl. If our warehouse already packed your shipment, we, unfortunately, can’t change or cancel your order any more. After receiving the order you can return the order again by following the return process.
How can I pay on your website?
– We accept all Dutch debit cards via iDeal payments.
– We accept Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards.
– We accept Apple Pay Banking.
– We accept Sofort Banking.
– We also offer Klarna for customers in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Finland.
– You can pay using PayPal, either with your own established account or with a credit card (no need to register!).
Can I use a coupon or a gift certificate with my order?
You can apply only one coupon code per sale. If you have two different gift certificates, please send us an email at customerservice@omybag.nl. We’ll be happy to combine them into one.
Are my payment details safe when paying online on your website?

My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?
If you notice while tracking that your package is stuck somewhere, the easiest way is to contact the carrier directly. If you’re lost please don’t hesitate to contact us at customerservice@omybag.nl, we will track your package together with our warehouse. This investigation can take up to 5 days. Don’t despair, we’re definitely going to find the package’s whereabouts and have it shipped to you as soon as possible.
Note: in case you authorise a shipping company to leave your parcel in a specific place (or ‘safe place’) you will be responsible for any possible loss or damage of the package.
