COVID-19 update - 2 February 2021
From Wednesday February 10th onwards, we will offer Pick-Up service at our Amsterdam Store!
Call and order by phone and Whatsapp on 020 772 4464 between 10:00 – 18:00 and we will arrange a pick up time. You can also place an order via mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or send a DM via Instagram or WhatsApp.
Next to the Pick-Up option we keep offering our door-to-door service with Peddler for local deliveries in Amsterdam. Order via phone, mail or DM before 2PM and we’ll make sure your order is delivered before 6PM same day.
As always, our online store is open.
We are doing our best to deliver your online orders within the expected timeframes, however there may be a delay with postal services.

We will continue to offer regular worldwide shipping via PostNL, DPD and UPS. With the exception of some post codes in Spain: 10900, 10374 and 24763.
Can I pick my package up from a drop-off point?
Depending on the country, you will be able to select drop-off points in the checkout.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
We are doing our best to deliver within the expected timeframes, however there may be a delay due to COVID-19. For additional assistance please contact email@example.com
Once your purchase has been returned to our warehouse your return will be processed within 14 days. Due to shipping delays this process may take slightly longer than usual.
Can I still return my order for free?
We are able to provide free returns for The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg only.
